To get award...

1. If you have a counter, you have to have at least 100-499 hits.
2. The front page is updated about twice a month or something.
3. If you even have affiliates, you gotta have 3 or more. xD
4. You gotta have a fun page [e.x. Don't Click Here, Silver Togepi, etc.]
5. You need a decent layout that you may have made or is premade [it can't hurt my eyes].

Silver

To get award...

1. If you have a counter, you must have 500-899 hits.
2. A bit, but not all that frequently.
3. If you have affiliates, you need 5 or more.
4. The website has [almost] no broken links.
5. You still need a decent layout. x3
6. You have to have some kind of interactive thing like a Forum or Oekaki.
7. This may change. xD

Gold!

To get award...

1. If you have a counter, you must have 900-1000+ hits.
2. Update enough that I'll be content.
3. If you have affiliates, you must have 13+. x3
4. Website has no broken links.
5. Do I need to say it? Get a decent layout.
6. Since you have a Forum/Oekaki/etc, you obviously have members, right? Well, you need more than 50. =P
